Cinnamon.
Peppermint.
Lavender.
You can even substitute the milk and cream for eggnog. Add a splash of rum if you want to spice it up a bit. The point is, you can make it your own and think outside the tazzina.

1 1/2 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup chopped white chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
3 inch cinnamon stick
cinnamon powder for sprinkling on top

Add all of the ingredients into a large sauce pan and heat on a low flame while stirring. Be sure the chocolate melts and doesn't stick to the bottom.
Continue to stir until the mixture heats to the point that steam is rising, but it's not boiling.
Meanwhile, prepare espresso using an espresso machine or moka pot.
Pour about 2 ounces of espresso into each cup. Add the white chocolate mixture and top with fresh whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
I like to froth the chocolate mixture before adding it to the espresso so that it is more of a cappuccino consistency.
you can add 1/4 tsp of Rum to the mixture.
you can substitute the milk and cream for 3 cups of half and half or egg nog.
